  The other day I called in to check what I needed to bring with me for you to print my job. I was asked to bring my PMS number and a printed sample of what I want. What are PMS colors and why do you need a sample?

  When I was examining paper samples, one sheet was called 20-pound Bond, one sheet was called 50-pound Text, and one sheet was called 65-pound Cover. There was almost no difference between the 20 and the 50. However, the 65-pound sheet was at least twice as thick as the 50. No way did any of these weigh even close to a pound! What are they talking about?
